Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of Saql ("the Service"), operated by Sayel (Yazan Rajab). By using Saql, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.

1.What Saql is

Saql helps you turn ideas into professional AI prompts through smart questions, and generates prompts using a third-party AI provider (Anthropic). Saql is a tool that assists you; it does not guarantee any specific outcome.

2.Eligibility & your account

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country) to use Saql. The Service currently requires no account.

3.Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use Saql for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or abusive purposes.
• Attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse-engineer, or bypass security or rate limits of the Service.
• Use the Service to generate content that infringes others' rights or violates the AI provider's usage policies.
• Resell or misrepresent the Service as your own.

4.AI-generated content

Prompts and outputs are generated with the help of AI and may be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing and deciding how to use any output. Saql is not liable for actions you take based on generated content.

5.Intellectual property

You keep the rights to the ideas you enter and the prompts you generate, subject to the AI provider's terms. The Saql name, design, and software remain the property of Sayel (Yazan Rajab). You may not copy or reuse them without permission.

6.Third-party services

Saql relies on third parties (including Anthropic for AI, Vercel for hosting, and any email/analytics providers). Your use may also be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for their services.

7.No warranty

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability.

8.Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sayel (Yazan Rajab) will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

9.Changes to the Service

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service (or any feature) at any time. As Saql is currently free, we may also introduce paid plans in the future.

10.Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms. Material changes are reflected by the effective date above.

11.Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Saudi Arabia, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
