This Privacy Policy explains how Saql ("we", "us"), operated by Sayel (Yazan Rajab), handles information when you use the Saql website and app (the "Service"). By using Saql, you agree to this policy.

1.Information we collect

• Prompts and content you enter. When you use Saql, the ideas and answers you type are sent to our AI provider (Anthropic) to generate a prompt for you. We do not use them to build a profile of you.
• Saved prompts. Prompts you choose to save are stored locally in your own browser (local storage). They are not uploaded to our servers, and we cannot see them.
• Newsletter email. If you subscribe, we collect your email address to send prompting tips. You can unsubscribe anytime.
• Technical and usage data. Like most websites, our hosting and any analytics may process limited technical data (such as IP address, device/browser type, and pages viewed) to keep the Service secure, prevent abuse, and understand usage.

We do not require an account, and we do not knowingly collect payment information on this Service.

2.How we use information

• To provide the Service and generate prompts from your input.
• To send the newsletter you subscribed to.
• To secure the Service, prevent abuse, and apply rate limits.
• To understand and improve how Saql is used.

3.Third-party services

We rely on trusted providers who process data on our behalf:

• Anthropic — processes the prompts you enter to generate AI responses.
• Vercel — hosts the Service.
• An email provider — delivers the newsletter (if you subscribe).
• An analytics tool — measures usage (if enabled).

Each provider handles data under its own privacy terms. We encourage you to review them.

4.Cookies & local storage

Saql uses your browser's local storage to remember your saved prompts and language preference. If analytics are enabled, they may set cookies. You can clear this data anytime from your browser settings.

5.Data retention

Saved prompts remain in your browser until you delete them. Newsletter emails are kept until you unsubscribe. Technical logs are kept only as long as needed for security and operations.

6.Your rights

You can clear your locally saved data at any time from within your browser. To access, correct, or delete your newsletter email, contact us at yazanbmr2006@gmail.com. Depending on your location, you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR.

7.International transfers

Our providers may process data in countries other than yours. Where required, we rely on appropriate safeguards for such transfers.
